Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by calling (410) 629-1845. We do most of our new patient documentation through an online form which can be accessed on this website and completed prior to your appointment. You'll have a bit more paperwork to complete when you arrive. Please be prepared to list all current medications.
Financial
Our practice accepts cash, check, and major credit cards. We accept most major insurance providers with the exception of Aetna and medicaid. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice if possible. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A $25 fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
